Yeah, Fractals are cool.. I love watching Mandelbrot sets passing.

Has anyone seen that documentary with Arthur C Clarke talking about fractals?
It had a soundtrack by Pink Floyd.. It was the most surreal docco I've ever seen.

Professor Clarke had placed a recursive equation into a spreadsheet program on a laptop, and it was doing all sorts of cool stuff.. I'd love to find out how he did it.

I love the Mandelbrot Set - "pictures of wombs" we used to call it at school..

I remember writing a program on a BBC-B to draw them, you'd have to leave it running all night it used to take so long.

Recently I wrote one in Delphi that takes a couple of seconds..

Hmmmm, remembers me on an essay I've done in grade 10 about fractals ;)

The link says the screen saver's trial!! Anything around that?? :unsure:

Yup. I love these things. That's the classic Mandelbrot Set. ^^^^

I downloaded Aros Fractal (http://www.arosmagic.com/Fractals/default.htm)

sometime ago,it creats some cool images B)
