does any one know what's wrong with the Max Payne I have? after I finish in the beginning when he joins the DEA it exits the game with no warning whatsoever, it supposed to be the good version @ 247MB. am I missing something? or would anyone have a good working copy I can have?

try setting it to run in windows 98 compatibility mode...

right click the maxpayne.exe then properties then compatibility from the roll down menu choose Windows 98....

Try that...

patch it. dont know if that will work if its a ripped version

he would have to get the cracked patch which will be hard to find

nope, no go :( I think I will need the patch since I'm running XP (sorry I forgot to mention that) does anyone happen to have the patch on hand? I will try to do a search on K-lite. thanks for your help though :D
