I had this sprung on me a few moments ago. Here's the scenario: This weekend is Pumpkinfest in our area, and there is a big parade tomorrow, into which my boss has entered a float. She would like to have Halloween music playing in the background. Not exactly sure what she means, whether she's talking about spooky music, or music about halloween... anyway... here's my plea to you, I have less than 24 hours to download, mix and burn some CD's to have playing during the parade tomorrow, and I need some suggestions of what to download.

The rules - no foul language - it is after all a parade. And a silly one - the Addams family music is out...

LMAO FC - it's a little cold here for that!!! But you're welcome to join us if you'd like :)

KwahyaJ - thanks - I've been searching some of that stuff out in SoulSeek - with little luck. I haven't got a clue what else will suffice - I'm still not even sure what she's looking for. I figure I'll try and do one CD of songs, and another of spooky music and she can decide what she wants to use.

I was working in the lab late one night....

You can't have a Halloween parade without Bobby Pickett's Monster Mash. ;)

Thanks guys - got it sorted - lots of scary movie themes and such. Now I must sleep - been sewing pumpkin costumes all day as well - I wish when people "volunteered" me to help with stuff they did it more than 24 hours in advance!!!!

Some Halloween sound still freak me out... I think it all goes back to my childhood, about 11-12 years ago when I used to listen to my little blue record box. I had some freak Halloween noises and remember one time when I put them on and like I was so scared... sitting on the floor screaming for mercy from the horrendous sounds filling my mind and taking over the place in brain where joy is factored in and turning me into an joyless wonder....
