Hi
I'm using this free IPv6 server from the Netherlands called XSNews.

Now to my problem:
With it, downloading binaries by NZBs works perfectly fine, with good speeds with my tiny ADSL line using SABnzbd.
But when I try to read some ordinary text groups in Thunderbird I have no success. I can see the list of available groups. I can also search for groups by name and I can subscribe to them. But when I try to get the actual posts in the subscribed groups, nothing happens.
Either Thunderbird claims there is no new posts in server or also there is no error message at all but everything still empty.
Not even popular text groups like rec.humor show up any results.
What am I doing wrong here?
Can it really be they're not storing text groups, yet they store huge binaries with movies I have successfully downloaded via SABnzbd?
Remember I'm still a noob, I could be doing something wrong but I can't understand what it would be.:sick:
