i borrowed the projector from my work and plugged my cable box in2 the projector using an s-vid cable. I CANNOT WAIT 4 FOOTBALL SUNDAY! :D

i&#39;m sure no one here cares, so i&#39;ll just b happy by myself - <_<

i&#39;m watchin reign of fire right now, i can&#39;t believe how cool this is. the projector even has a wide screen option that makes it look just like a theatre&#33;

had 2 move my clock off the wall though - so now i have no idea what time it is - :lol:

a 120" pizza would b cooler 2 c than this&#33; c&#39;mon over this sunday, i&#39;m gonna have bout 10 people here already - the more the marrier&#33;

i moved the couches around, and now it hasta b about 180". it takes up almost the entire wall&#33; lol - the people r about the same size as i am. i shouldda thought of this earlier&#33; - :D

Bare in mind the Projector is only 8 feet from the screen which is why it&#39;s only small :D

You&#39;ll enjoy it dude, you should watch Saving Private Ryan on it with full 5.1 up loud :D :D

that is so coo&#33;

i wish i could take a pic and show u how huge it is, i measured - the projector is 18 feet away from the wall, so the screen is ridulously huge right now.

think i&#39;ll watch final destination 2 on it, cuz blood is cool - :D - especially when it&#39;s life like.....

Yeah we projected it across the road onto a neighbours wall :lol: :lol:

The one I got is only a cheap one but will project a clear picture of upto 30 feet corner to corner :)

But I ain&#39;t got a wall anywhere that big :lol: :lol:

on 2 a neighours house&#33; that would b somethin 2 c.

luckily, the company paid the bill on this 1, it was about 3 grand. i can have it every weekend if i want it, i just never thought of it b4. luckily, i&#39;m the guy in charge of signin it out 2 people.

i hope they don&#39;t realize i&#39;m killing the bulb life on this thing&#33; bulbs r like 300 bucks&#33; - :lol:

Cool, yeah mine is really quite old, about 6/7 years and would have been about £800 and you&#39;re right on the Bulb........£275 to replace mine :ph34r: :o :o And god help me if it goes wrong cos they charge you £150 just to tell you whats wrong with it :ph34r: :o

You could browse the forum in super wide screen&#33;

I&#39;ve always felt that I was missing a lot of the action here because of my crappy monitor.

If you&#39;d like I&#39;ll post the hashes to the "director&#39;s cut" of my posts...

yup, my puter has an s-video out 2, but since klite sucks major arse when it comes 2 d/l movies, i don&#39;t use it&#33;

i don&#39;t wanna read ur posts in super size format, i&#39;m sure u understand - ;)

No, don&#39;t put any graphics thru it.......it can knock the alignment of the lenses out :unsure:

we use it w/the laptopd 4 powerpoint presentations at conferences. u don&#39;t think it&#39;ll handle through the s-video cable on the puter?

They are written in the IMAX format and can only truly be appreciated if viewed in the appropriate way.

oh well, I used to have a old vidatron and expensive screen, but now I got a Hitachi hd tv, soo sweet, makes me not even want to go out, you know hdtv is better than real life
