No offense but judging by this thread you are really the best person to determine whether or not someone "needs" an account or is likely to use it.
I'm not saying I'm necessarily any better at determining peoples intent but I'd hazard a guess that anyone who applies and is willing to take someone else's account and pretends like it's their own probably doesn't put being an exemplary member high on the list of their concerns.

I would like to get an account the person who use account, rather than the person who sold account for the example.

If something does not go with someone I can delete everything or as an administrator delete the post.

So which you suggest to do with old and unused accounts?? Let them to death by innactivity?? I need a good answer because very soon i will need to gift some accounts of Mid-Level trackers i don´t use and i want to do my best in order that they don´t be erased by Staff.
