I don't think you actually have to sit up mate.
Strictly speaking, in the UK at 02:00 hrs they are re-set to 01:00 hrs. However I usually put them back an hour before going to bed.
I haven't been caught yet so you will probably be OK. Just don't tell too many people.

My free clock service (see sig) is set to adopt the same policy as the user decides on.
It took a lot of work but I think it was worth it.

It did take a while, particularly the individualisation, per user.
However like I said, I think it was worth the extra effort.
