What's the deal with this site? Are you upgrading or still down or something...been like that for about 3 weeks now? Are there gone forever or something? Now that would be a devestating lost.....

Yes,

A drive failed in the server which took down the RAID array. A replacement is on route via DHL Express to the datacentre. Once it arrives the array will be rebuilt and the site will come back online..

The Easter weekend/break has caused this to take longer than it should :)
