Easy... I don't exactly know what you mean with "2M", but my upload is 20kB/s and I still managed to seed a lot... you just have to pick the right torrent and leave your PC on as much as you can, of course.

yes,I seed 24*7.I work every day,just leave my PC seeding there
2M means 56kb/s upload
but I found even it is very hard seed on a normal tracker

Of any of the frequently mentioned general trackers IPT is by far the easiest to seed on.
Even if you have the worst possible connection there are so many good freeleech torrents that it doesn't even require you to download a bunch of useless crap that you don't care about just to boost ratio.

agreed IPT is probably the easiest tracker to seed on that i have ever been a part of and since so many things are freeleech building a good buffer even with the slowest of connections is quite easy if you actually are trying
