Wtf Pissin Me Off

ok not sure if this is the right place to put this but this pisses me off so much

when im on internet explorer and then A) i have to maximize so it takes teh full screen everytime i close it and re open i hav eto maximize or there is a border of the background and B) the status bar disappears

pissin me off how can i make it so it doesnt happen

Right-click the taskbar, tick "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows."

I hate that. When i have my MP3 folder open and i hit the internet button on the keyboard it changes the folder into IE without a status bar or address box <_<
