Does anybody know where i can get linux or any other operating system that I can boot up with it from cd?

@Triadcool: When you know what version you want just go to that version's homepage, to get the latest version. Version, what a nice word. :lol:

For a bootable CD version of Linux, look for Knoppix distribution.

It runs completely from the CD (no installation required).
