Help! cant remember my FSC password or pin code

Hi,

My hard drive failed catastrophically and so i lost all my data, permanently, including my FSC password. Almost deservingly so, for I had the audacity to not back anything up.

So the first thing i do is try to recover my fsc password, only to quickly be disillusioned by a reminder that some years back i was given a pin code that I have also forgotten.

I then attempted to join the irc channel, but, unbeknownst to me at that time, one needs an invite to be able to do that. Unsurprisingly, FSC don't have a public irc channel.

So my journey of woe has lead me here.

Do any FSC staffers frequent this place?
Has anyone been in this god awful predicament to kindly offer me some help?

The redirect to IRC is the best bet. You probably tried to access the main channel which is why you couldn't get connected. Go to support, it doesn't require a pre-invite. If anyone else has a similar problem don't PM names on the list as it won't produce nearly as fast a result than if a member were to head over to IRC support.
