I use slimbrowser. This tiny web browser stops all pop ups. It is a tabbed browser so if you want to open up more then one web page its in the same window. Best of all its FREE. Go to download.com and search for Slimbrowser and they will always have the newest verison. It is also updated alot which is rare for freeware programs to do.

Zone Allarm 4 kills most of them. Analog-X Pow takes out the rest. It's only draw back? You gotta manually add the pops you want killed. But once entered.....pow. You need something when surfing in asta-waters......the pop-up sharks are alive and well, and hungry as hell!! ;) It's free at www.cnet.com/downloads , check it out.

I dont know. Google's privacy policy clearly states that if you install google toolbar with advanced features, it sends information to google about every site that you visit.

What do you call that? :) . How will they know our opinion about the site. The toolbar sends info to google about every page you visit which is later used on for ranking in search.
