No you are not the only one, Its the only sport worth watching to me. boxing is stale,just look at holyfield becoming world champ again against botha,not that many in attendance at the event,and thats for a world championship.
I grew out of watching football(uk football) when i left school as that lost its interest when the players started getting 100s of thousands a week just to kick a ball and roll around on the floor in pain then getting free kicks for most of the game instead of actually playing football.
mma fills in the void,ufc and strikeforce rock,i miss the good ole days of pride and still enjoy K1 with its odd matchups.

I encourage anyone that simply dont know anything about MMA to check it out. Its an amazing sport, specially if you are interested in martial arts and conditioning in general.

For me its the ultimate sport!

I think you saying you have the source means p2p stuff which I don't have a clue about,never done it,never will sorry but thanks for the offer.
Getting back to mma, I thought what silva did last week was sad stuff,he's better than that, and poor maia as well as forest griffin both looked very very bad up against silva, he's been warned by ufc if he does that again he's going to be cut from the ufc which is fair to me.
An BJ Penn deserved that loss,you can't just stand there and think just because you are the champ and you are defending being taken down you are the winner,sad stuff, his 8 yr reign is over till he gets his rematch later this year.
K1 was great as well,peer hearts got beat,shiltz is champ again and overeme brutally wins again but not the finaL.
I'll shut up now just in case you haven't see any of the above fights :)

goodluck,and well done for sticking with it, Alls you gotta do is look at what the ufc has to offer with the TV show T.U.F and if you are as good ,if not better than them, then stick with it and enjoy the sport and become a pro and maybe a champ.
Its up to you, Train hard, fight hard and stay away from distractions.

About the MMA, its an interesting branch, I have to admit I used to see their artists little lower than artist of the more pure branches. But they have a unique raw power because of their multi-discipline approach. Its very interesting to watch but I don't really find it so much practical.

Most places that offer streams have taken them down, since they usually host the fights for ~1 week after the fight.

fedor vs Brock Lesnar Would be great, but now fedor has proved he's only human by getting beat in his last fight, Lesnar might have a small chance of winning by just lying on him and hitting fedor with his breaze block fists.

From what I've read fedor felt like he had to end the fight early and he did but not like he wanted.A rematch is a necessity.If you think about it, Any fighter he would loose to would need a rematch...Its so unbelievable:lol:I mean they say hes not human:shutup:Maybe this loss was a destraction from that fact...

Is it just me or has the ufc lost it's flare. Watching one of my favorite fighters BJ Penn lose in UFC 118 was devastating not just for me, but for the sport. I say that only because I seriously feel they need to merge affliction with UFC. Come on Nick Diaz is even in affliction. Nick Diaz's fights are amazing. As are those by Overeen and Fedor.

I think its you, UFC is doing great work at the moment, Especially showing boxing thats its a 1 dimensional slug fest, Thanks randy for proving that point. Yes nick diaz rocks, what he's been doing is great at strikeforce and the fighters he's been ass kicking with have been top as well, especially the frank shamrock fight, that was brutal, he broke his arm ffs. I wouldn't mind seeing him fight cung le that would be great. And so was the scott smith fight. Overeem is ok at the moment but has had an ass kicking a few times by the likes of chuck, rua and nog but he has potential with the size he's become. Fedor is still king to me,bring on fedor/werdum 2. And as far as bj goes , I don't think he's past his sell buy date yet, I just think he's met his match who was faster and learnt from his last fight,where as penn just did the same as he always does.

Naw.Lesnar talks too much shit for being such a noob and then claims to be a humble champion.I dont see him ever beating cain or santos...I can name a lot more but you get it.

Good riddance to bad rubbish i say, he gets no praise from me for that act, To me he acted exactly how i imagined a wwe or whatever piss poor wrestling fed he came from. Bring on dos santos and valasquez any day, both are genuine humble wrecking machines that win by pure skill. I feel that the heavyweight ufc champ is now a worthy champion. To tell you the truth, I wanted anyone to be champ but that oversized gorilla.

I think Rampage's days are numbered along with chuck, I like them both as they made the sport what it is today. Machida is hungry whereas rampage is an actor now. I've got hughes winning against Penn in the rubber match.

Wow I was wrong on both counts :(
But hey I'm glad the Penn won, It was a good accurate KO and well deserved.
As far as Rampage winning, mm I think machida won fair and square but hey, If its left to the judges you get this result, I'm glad rampage acknowledged this and requested a Instant rematch which I think machida will win.
