web templates

i am currently trying to learn php and need some good templates like the ones off template monster for example.

i found i site called templatep2p.com but that wants invites can anyone give me one thanks
but if not
can any one tell me where to download templates from as i don't want a 2gb download full of template just the templates i want need.

p.s

thinking of setting up a website where users can upload templates and download them for free what do you think?

if you like this idea say so and i WILL set it up but i need a template for that site and also any idea or features for the website would be great.
