i just want to build new PC and i have some configuration so please advise me if is it ok or not ?

ASUS P6X58D Premium LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 285 1GB

Intel Core i7-980X processor Extreme Edition

Asetek Low Cost Liquid Cooling (LCLC) System

THERMALTAKE TOUGHPOWER 1200 WATT POWER SUPPLY

CORSAIR XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

Looks good but personally I don't like the cooler very much. IMO either go watercooled all the way or just get a good air cooler ;)

Well thats better but using the i7 980 ESPECIALLY the extreme edition you would need a much better rad. like a 120.3 with some good fans and a high flow CPU block. That chip gets REALLY REALLY hot so a single 120 rad really won't be any better than one of the good air coolers out there bud. sorry.
