Looking for something with large selection of 1080/720 that has easy ratio requirements/like to offer free leech

I'd highly recommend HD-T as it has so many silver torrents (50% free-leech) and golden torrents (100% free-leech)
and another option would be Bit-HDTV as it has a good number of free-leech and free-leech with 2x Up.
Sadly enough tho, Bit-HDTV is closed (even with invites) and HD-T you need 1000 seeding hour for one invite, it's not that easy.
