Help On Dvd Player

if a dvd player says it has wma compatibilty does that mean i can direting put a windows media film on a cd-r and pop it in the dvd player and i can watch the movie

Wma is audio not film so it supports that kind of audio.

EDIT: The first time I don't know what I was thinking .wma is if u burn a audio cd and one of the songs is .wma instead of .mp3 your dvd player will support it when played.
