ok I just wanna know if somebody has a good MPEG to AVi converter or software of some sort because i cant find one , even in the K-Lite Codec Pack

please can anyone help me! :(

actually, he asks for mpeg to avi, which cant be done using tmpegenc afaik

I am not sure why you would want to change mpeg to avi, seems you will end up losing quality at some point (your going to have to choose a codec to re-encode it) but,..

I just tested STOIK Video Converter (http://www.stoik.com/products/morphman/mm30_svc_demo.htm) and it does support mpeg to avi,

if you are wanting a very easy program to use 'Dr. DivX' will do the job, and will give very good results.
