CHDBits freeleech from 2010-4-30 12:00AM to 2010-5-5 12:00AM(GMT+8).
HDC all site freeleech and 2x upload from 2010-5-1 to 2010-5-3(GMT+8)
Member of HDC can easily get invites to CHDBits in the invite thread of HDC forum(English is wellcome).

CHDBits had reached the upper limit of members, you can try it later.

(2010-5-20 13:00) to meet below two requirements:
20G upload "AND" 1500 bonus or your account will probably be removed.

EDIT: They just changed the "watch" period to 30 days ended in 2010-6-6 13:00.
