Hey, Im looking to join a tracker for movies, I absolutely love movies, old, new, etc, but Im mainly looking for oldish movies (i.e. not within the last 7-8 years) so scene/0day sites are no use to me. Can anyone tell me where I could start looking?

KG has XviDs (I guess), Cinematik is another tracker, but it has DVDs only.

Note both sites offer non-mainstream stuff. If I misunderstood you and you're looking for mainstream but quite old movies, PassThePopcorn or TehConnection should do.

Old movies is such an all encompassing term , could you be a little more specific (if possible)?

Are we talking like the Seven -Ups or his Girl Friday?
Shine or Strolling Players
Cat Balou or Rocky 3?

Cinemageddon isnt open at the minute. I heard someone say goem too, but I dont know. For all I know you guys could be telling me pr0n sites lol....

Im not looking for blockbusters, but nothing too obscure either really, not indie or "arty" films or anything...

and as for age-kinda 70's onwards really... :) but mainly stuff from the 90's

Goem a really good place if you aren't too worried about speed .Also Demonoid or RuTracker - but the latter is Russian.
Cinemageddon is terrific but isn't good for newer movies ,at least not quality ones.
Other than that Tehconnection or PassThePopcorn.

Actually strangely enough 80s and 90s movies are the hardest to find on most sites. Not new enough for the sceners and not old enough for the cinephiles.

Other than the ones Idol suggested there's also x264 and SDbits. Both are good quality wise but none is as good as far as content goes as the ones mentioned by the maestro. :P

Hrmm, IM thinking Passthepopcorn or theconnection.

I am kinda worried about speeds, Id like them sometime today, not expecting 0day site speeds really..... but demonoid is ridicolous really...

Always got good speeds on PTPC. Seeding is somewhat difficult, though, although they have bonus points.
