wifi hotspots -blocked port?

I was reading that some wifi hotspots may block the usual ports to usenet, how can i use a diff port to download(newsbin)? :wacko: thnx

On most usenet accounts they have multiple ports to use,paying ones anyways, like ports 80 8080 443 563
