ok got a AVI was workign perectly for a few days I think its time now to enoce TMPGEnc brings up some bulshti eror about unable to open reference memory or some shit

is the the codec that somehow got f*ucked TMPGEnc is f*cked or the AVI itself

stange thing is same thign happens in avi Preview but yet the movie plays perfect in vedio lan

whats the deal?

usually if ya do a defrag and reboot before you convert movie files you will not get any errors and will take less time to convert.

I switched from using TMPGEnc to mainconcept mpeg encoder it does a better job and is faster to encode just choose what type of mpeg you want to encode to.
If ya want to make a VCD choose vcd or to encode to a dvd choose dvd.

theres soemthign wrogn with my puter i think other avis when i quit avi preview come up with that error im guesign codec problem but I hadnt even unistalled or rein\stalled ny codecs
