Deleting Files...

is there any program that can delete files which r in use and windows can delete them i mean when want to delete them windows say "file in use can be deleted"

one way i have managed to do it before(not all the time) was to kill off explorer then restart it then delete

You can download a fix for this problem from here (http://www.home.no/k-lite/XP-AVIFIX.inf) (Right click and save target as).
When the download is complete right click the file and choose install.
