Icon Packager Help

Ive been using icon packager for a long time. Just recently I installed it and it keeps starting up in the taskbar. It stays minimized and I cant maximize it.

Ive tried reinstalling but It wont work. Its the enhanced version and its never done this to me before. Anyone know of any other icon programs just as good as icon packager in case I cant fix this?

I had a similar problem and i fixed it by downgrading from the enhanced version...
I dont know if that will fix ya problem though as its different for everyone a lot of the time as I have discovered quite often lately
