As i am new to this, i downloaded a file which is a RAR File. Is there any programs that i can use to install it?
Or is there a link that i can go to and learn about it?

It is a compressed archive. Get WinRAR (http://www.rarlab.com)

why, you really don't even need a crack, it works forever, just pops a nag message after your 30 days
