German tracker recommendations?

Hi, I hope I am posting in the right section...

I was wondering whether anyone can recommend a German tracker, specifically for German TV shows as well as one for Bundesliga (football aka. soccer) matches.
A German equivalent of TheBox is basically what I'm after, if such a tracker exists... anyone know?
