Hi

Ive downloaded two files and none of these will play, tried win media realplayer etc

does anyone know how to download/choose a good file?

could e a fake, could be a missing codec, get http://www.videolan.org and see if it playes in it?

Dl k-lite mega codec pack, and use the bs player, if they still dont play there probably fake.

:ph34r: And try to use Avi-preview while you are downloading the movie. That way you can spot a fake file before you downloaded the whole thing. And download only big files, like around 700 mb, these are most of the time not fakes. At least not in the meaning of not playing, but they could be renamed files. But that's were you have got to use Avi-preview again.

Download Kazaa-lite codec pack, try in BSPlayer and VideoLan then if it doesn't work it's a fake.

aaahhhhh!

sourcing files over 700 seems to work although people caling files the wrong names

tried to preiview with avi but only get volume?

anyway its obviously more tricky than i thought

i try higher integrity but then no results

would i be better trying other p2ps or is there any ther tricks i should try to find good files ;-)
