No one ,I'm sure, wants paragraphs or your life story but at the same time just saying that you are a "good user" and that you "hate scammers/sellers/fakers" -taking into account the fact no one knows you here really doesn't ( I'm afraid) count for much .

Man i didnt either, i had no idea why or how people cheated, how the scamming thing worked or even that ppl actually openly traded before coming to FST

tho i must add... at least he did his hw on what ppl dont like in their invitees before adding (or he has been on the wrong end of this before im giving the benefit of the doubt) i've seen several ppl here start here attempting to trade and then try and switch over to giveaways when they realize what they have has no value... i mean you have to be here like 4 weeks and 20 posts before you can post in the trade OR the giveaway section, when someone says they didnt notice the giveaway section before they went to trade it really bothers me

I noticed the same thing .I'd also add knowing too much about any particular site.

I mostly use : GFT, HDBits, SeX and iPlay.
Hardly makes 1. a case for 'needing" BCG 2. any sense why he can't get it elsewhere 3. or important to me at least why he can't seem to figure out how to make a better request.

There's two different kinds of people, or at least I'd like to think so. There are the people that join this place out of necessity (good examples are tracker staff fishing for IPs or an ex-wheeler looking for the golden ticket) and there's the kind that joins here "right at the start". It's the reputation of this place that sadly creates this dichotomy between the intentions of the members. I've grown to really like this place and its members, however, I still see snide remarks on trackers (or not) about how this place is troll/trader safe haven.

I'd also hate to point this out, but newer members can still be new to BT and be in every tracker and its mother out there. I've noticed an inviting spree across the board nowadays, and some trackers aren't nearly as hard to get into as they were at a certain point in time. A simple regular drop-in to a regular blog will get you in most of the sites he listed.

Which brings me to my last point. Blogs and peekinsi.de combined can inform any user about any tracker (unfortunately).

BCG's reputation precedes it. When I was still a wookie, I knew I wanted to be there. Let's face it, a lot of time we take it for granted, but I'd be hard pressed to find someone (anyone) who doesn't do even a little gaming. BCG is the "best tracker for games" out there. I can very much understand someone "needing" BCG, after I saw a friend struggling with finding a non-infected keygen on public trackers.

As for point #2/3, I agree with you, but you never know. I still honestly think he's a noob with a lot of luck (wouldn't be the only one on these forums *cough*).

@ OP : You could try BitGamer.. It is a very good alternative and if you don't get something there, you could always try the request section, it is quite good.

Btw don't take anything I say at this forum too literally since basically I'm usually only trying to get some sort of response that requires at least a minimal amount of thinking/reflecting from people . If that means I come off as being an insensitive jerk I'd rather that than the alternative that no one ever gives reason to their rhythm and skates by on copy/paste/learn by rote and a lot of empty platitudes.

I never invite anyone to BCG, not because I'm some badass who thinks the place should be 1337, but because I've had a bad experience with referrals as a whole.

I think he meant from my giveaway, tbh i done over 120 members from this place, and just got bored/tired of doing it, its not hard but doing the same thing over and over is bloody tedious, so like i said i just gave up. (but i did start it with the best intentions, and I suppose you can say i did with getting 120 members in or thereabouts).

But this is why i have gave so many members so many referrals, because i couldnt be arsed to do it all the time, let the memebrs do it and see what we get.

Try looking for old games on a 0-Day tracker, for example. Either you won't find them or they'll have 1-2 seeders, making transfers painfully slow. BCG has both new and old stuff and its SP system ensures torrents are kept more well-seeded.

360 torrents = 1225
Wii = 1876
PSP = 1031
PS2 = 1260

and everyone can upload as well, even brand new members, so if you can get shit fast, then upload it, or even if you have stuff to share which we dont have, or requests, then upload them.

besides UG is limited on the consoles it offers games for...for e.g. you can't get "old" psp or ds games there (heck you can't even get ps2 games there)
