View Full Version : Can Someone Help Me With Nero ?

It seems that when ever i try to burn a file , i get a message saying "SAVE IMAGE FILE AS ... " Please how i can i prevent this ? I dont want to burn an image file , im trying to burn a music file andi get this message. I have been having this problem for quite a long time , and i cant find a way to fix it , so can some please help ?

check what your recorder is on.

how do you get that message, is it on nero express or something, can't recall seeing it

When i click recorder , it says that image recorder is the only available recoder.

hmmm..., make sure ur drive works properly. and try to reconnect the wires inside a bit. after that, if it still doesn't fix, then get nero 6, if u don't have it. then there should be an option to search for ur drive. i'm not sure cuz i never used it, but it should be around in one of the menus

try to compleatly get rid of it, then re-install it

your drive is not supported, go HERE (http://www.nero.com/en/updates.html) and click on your version in left pane and download any patches, or download nero6 demo, easily cracked ;)
