How to test speed on a Debian 4.0 seedbox

I have a shared seedbox from seedhost.eu This seedboxes use a Debian 4.0 system. How can I test on speedtest.net or somehow my speed. Can I install somehow Adobe Flash Player for speedtest?

Maybe another way to test my speed.

For DL speed: Login via SSH and type this
wget http://cachefly.cachefly.net/100mb.test

And for uploading.. well, you can grab a few semi-fresh popular torrents off TPB and seed for a while, you should max out your upload speed pretty soon :p
