Some actors just win us over by being good in more movies than we expect. Here's 3 I had low expectations for, and ultimately find myself liking them...

Mark Wahlberg
Matt Damon
Robert Downey, Jr.

Who has changed your opinion of them over time?

Leonardo Di Caprio much better than ever expected, in my opinion

Mark Wahlberg? If you are just going to joke around I'm not going to play.

Joachim Phoenix but he still creeps me out though.
George Clooney although he seems to have plateaued .
For actresses I base everything on physical appearance so I pretty much know going in.

Steve Austin, I didn't expect him being a good actor, but after I watched Condemned, I like him.

Steve Austin, i also had no belief in this WWE superstar. But he proved myself and many others wrong. He is equally comfortable in the field of acting. For " Condemned" i also began to admire him.

Usually I like irony but in this case I'm mildly irritated.

Mainly added to irritate cabalo

Too much man chest on that clip. Thank you for remembering me, I thought for one moment one thread could get to post #10 without some youtube vid.

Actress who really surprised me along the way, though she's nothing extraordinary, was Milla Jovovitch. I didn't even liked her face, but now I must say I appreciate most of her movies.

Exactly the other way,
I always loved her face and ignored her acting skills

Leonardo DiCaprio. First I thought he was just an untalented with hell lot of money, but after what he did in Shutter Island and the Inception I think he's very talented :)
