(Edited for Boxing Glove Typo's)

How bad is her judgement??

I can't name a specific song as being the first one I ever heard. I can remember my Mum and Dad playing a lot of Tamla Motown when I was a nipper so it was probably Marvin, Stevie, Diana, Smokey or someone like that. I still love Tamla Motown music to this day. Thank God they weren't into shite!!! <_<

I have no idea what song was the first I ever heard, but my earliest memory of liking a band was Bros.

I remember doing a drawing of them in first or second grade.

Earliest memory of a song for me would have to be something from Ed 'Stewpot' Stewart's request show... possibly Cinderella Rockefella, Sugar Sugar, Two Little Boys or something similarly crud.

It was an Elvis one, I'm not sure but it might have been Return to Sender.
The second song I can remember hearing (that wasn't Elvis) was Billy Don't Be A Hero by Bo Donaldsons and the Haywoods.
I'm sure there was probably some Status Quo thrown in there but thankfully my mind must have blocked that out!

Lol, that's quite a story.

I was 5 when I heard that song and being the inquisitive person that I am I went to look on the TV what groovy sound it was.

Just as I rounded a corner and saw the 'Thriller' clip on the TV, the zombies broke through into the house!

Being the heroic person that I am, I ran away screaming and ducked behind a sofa.

Consequently, every music memory before that got erased I guess :o

Dad use to like Johnny Cash, so something by him I suppose.
I don't mind some of his stuff now , funny how your parents taste rubs off on you.
