A critical update; filters still work. I installed both Alien Skin Eye Candy 4000 and Xenofex 2 sucessfully. However, first they have to be un-installed, because the Adobe Plug-Ins directory alters from "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 7.0\Plug-Ins\" to "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Plug-Ins\". ;)

Don't get too excited yet.

I don't know if it's only me, but I downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS and the crack. The acitivation was taken care of but another problem came up.

Can somebody verify if he/she has this problem also?

1. Change your date ahead by 1 year. (November 2004)
2. Open up photoshop CS
3. Crap, a message comes up saying that the serial is expired !
4. I tried Jan 2004 and it worked fine, tried june 2004 and same error came up.

Anybody has an idea around this? Do you people have the same problem?

I've been messing around in CS through out the day just given it a test run and what not, and I noticed that my (Ctrl+N, Ctrl++, Ctrl+P, etc.) keyboard shortcuts didn't work, I checked and they are set correctly in preferences. Anybody else? or is it just my cpu/keyboard/my version of CS.

Now, to confirm my noob status: how do I use the crack?
Please don't get annoyed at such a basic question; this is the first time that I've tried to install any software that needed one - actually I can't do it yet anyway, I'm still downloading the program but I'll need to know soon (in 47hrs 46mins if my bittorrent keeps going).

umm actually in geocities it usually works copy n paste... anywayz i downloaded photoshop from shareaza and it seems to include a patch...

Uninstall the lot, and then delete all regestry entries, and folders..etc, Re-Install. :D

I got the ripped version of eMule last night, installed and cracked it (the paradox/sharereactor release comes with the crack). It looks like it's working OK, (it's on my test machine atm), and going to Help > Activate doesn't bring anything up. I suppose this is the same for everyone?

I'll try setting the date forward when I get a chance later on and report back.

I have tried further. I set the date to 2005 when I install adobe photoshop CS, and enter the serial from the crack. Guess what, the setup knows that the serial is expired and won't even let me continue. This is bad, I do not want to backward my date everytime I want to use this thing ! Looks like we need a new serial soon.

Just curious: Are you people using the serial that begins with 1045 and end with 3575? (that's the one from the crack) If not, do you still have the date problem?

Well I'm definately going to hold back using this properly for the while... give it a few weeks and maybe there'll be either a keygen, or a leaked copy of the corp version?

Did you put the 2 .dll files and the .dat one, in your Photoshop install dir? :huh:
