I saw on a site that Region 3 Disks (South Asia) and NTSC encoded. Does that mean that if my DVD Player can play Region 1 (which is also NTSC i think) it can play Region 3?

Just test it out with NTSC and PAL movies the easiest way to find out.

It works with both, will it work with Region 3 even though i'm in the UK

I don't know about the regions, if it plays pal it plays pal
