I am having some problems with their IRC.They said that disabled (for inactivity) users can go to their IRC to re-enable it.But it says I am already banned!!

I made an account years ago,and I thought they remove users for inactivity,but it doesn't seem so.Any ideas on how I could get this done?

use another irc client,and go to thier support,no ones banned from goin to the support channel,its prolly just ur irc client

go to their IRC to re-enable it.But it says I am already banned!!

Perhaps you're on the same IP range as someone that's been manually banned... what's the exact message you get when the connection is refused?
