just a quick spam message. for all those using CIS 3.0+ and are wondering about CIS 4.0 or never even heard or tried CIS 4.0 it's great. i tried it out the day it came out and it's new "sandbox" blocked a lot of my progs and couldn't get them to work. now, 4 updates later i've reinstalled 4.0 and it's working beautifully. just an fyi.
it also has a built in AV scanner, but i don't use it. i use MSE for that.
