or gamecopyworld (http://www.gamecopyworld.com) , one of them is bound to have a mafia trainer. remember to get the rite version (corresponding wit the version of mafia u have) hope that helped.

I had a great Mafia trainer, loads of options. I think it was from www.gamewinners.com but I'm not sure.
