Trying to get on IRC? Use mIRC. Although I tried with Mibbit and got a timeout, whereas if I was glined I'd have got a message about that.

In bitsyder u need to contact the staffs to get your password back, i had the problem before one year.

irc is the only way, generally u have to wait long in irc to get attention
