hi. i recently posted a topic on gpedit.msc availiable in windows xp pro. i was told that it applies restrictions to all users if i was to set them even the administrator would be affected by these restrcition. one post told me i could only do this if i was in an active directory.
i am now wanting to know is there any software which appies restrictions to certain users/groups eg. restrict access to run cmd.exe or remove help support, find etc from start menu.

could you ppl help me put plz by posting somesites which have softeware to do this. i kinda want it like it be's on university campus or at college. thanks alot :)
