Lh 4051 Pdc

Anybody got a sig2dat for longhorn 4051.

The problem is i cant use bittorrent coz i can't upload or i get charged by my ISP.
:(

I have been trying on IRC for the last 4 days but can get no more than 30% complete before i have to reque and wait another 40hours or more :'(
