i download a blu ray movie.and there's 2 files not completed,is there any solution for this problem i can't extract rar files

Repair the 2 files by using the PAR2 files in the post.

Use QuickPAR to repair the files, if you downloaded the .PAR2 files.
Usually, all NG clients do it automatically, just look for it in its options.

What the above two suggested is one fix.

If the PAR files were not included, you didn't grab them, or they simply aren't enough to repair all of the parts, you may need to check the age of the files against your Usenet server providers retention.

in the future you might want to try to use a nntp client that supports auto archive re-building such as Grabit or SAB, cheers :)
