From what I've read on one of ringhunter's posts, you need an Slovenian IP to register. Get a friend from there to do it for you, or find a .si proxy.

Well not quite , i can fill it all alright but when i click on Registracija I get

Uncheck "remove scripts," from the phproxy options. You'd think this is basic knowledge nowadays. :happy:
