Is there anyway that u can fool ur pc into think that direct x 9.0 is installed

dunno but you dcont need to fool it because direct x is free :D

I don't understand why you want to 'fool' your PC when you can make it BELIEVE it by just downloading it?

sorry i didnt reply till now, but i need to fool it cause i need an admin to install direct x

log into windows in safe mode by hitting F8 whie windows is booting then a admin account will apear then u can install it from there

i hope this helps :D
