Nortons 2003 Update Probs

Just installed nortons 2003 and will not auto update but it did when i had 2002 is ther something i can do to change it.

I had problems uninstalling 2002 and had to download a couple of cleaners.

Any help please.

What are the advantages of norton antivirus 2004? Is it the same as 2003 that just looks different?
