im on 512/128kb connection. and my limit is 8gb, after my 8gb limit im supposed to get capped from 512/128 down to 96/64.

but it hasnt happened, anyone know why ?

this is how much ove downloaded in about 3 weeks

are you sure its not your upload that is limited?
