In the first post of each release - See Create .NZB and Create .NZB.Zip in the title bar of the Binaries box.

If you're referring to the old posts, it is just a "Download NZB" link now.
If you're referring to the new nzb index then take a look at Nucleus' screenshot above this post.

Took me a while to find them too. I can imagine some newcomers giving up downloading .nzbs because they can't find it too.
Maybe colouring the button would do the trick ?
