hi when i look at ip's in utorrent i see this it says fake was wondering why it said that heres screenshot it's from private site www.iptorrents.com (http://www.iptorrents.com)

That means they're faking their client version, and poorly. Congrats, you're probably looking at a cheater :P

report to IPT staff it might be a cheater. it might not be.
and do REMOVE the IPs off the screenshot :s

As mentioned above...
It is a cheat client.
The utorrent client itself auto detects certain cheat clients and labels them like that so peers can tell when other peers are cheating.

He's using FlashGet, which isn't even a "real" BitTorrent client :)
