A Bronx Tale.

Sonny: Is it better to be loved or feared? That's a good question. It's great to be both, but it's very difficult. But if I had my choice, I would rather be feared. Fear lasts longer than love.

Colegero/C:" Sonny was right. The working man is a sucker."

Lorenzo: He's wrong. It don't take much strength to pull a trigger. But try and get up every morning, day after day, and work for a living. Let's see him try that. Then we'll see who the real tough is. The working man's the tough guy. your father's the tough guy.

Good topic; very hard to pick. The one that came to mind first was from The Outlaw Josey Wales (1976):

Clint Eastwood as Wales...

Bounty hunter #1: You're wanted, Wales.
Josey Wales: Reckon I'm right popular. You a bounty hunter?
Bounty hunter #1: A man's got to do something for a living these days.
Josey Wales: Dyin' ain't much of a living, boy.

Wil Andersen: "I've broke my back once, and my hip twice. And on my worst day I could still beat the hell out of you."
-John Wayne to Bruce Dern in "The Cowboys"

Norma Desmond: "We didn't need dialogue. We had faces!" AND Norma Desmond: "I AM big. It's the PICTURES that got small."
-Gloria Swanson, "Sunset Boulevard"

Sternwood: How do you like your brandy, sir?
Marlowe: In a glass.
-Bogart to Charles Waldron, "The Big Sleep"

Far too numerous to enumerate, wait that is another! :)

Jack Sparrow: " Me? I'm dishonest, and a dishonest man you can always trust to be dishonest. Honestly. It's the honest ones you want to watch out for, because you can never predict when they're going to do something incredibly... stupid. "

Appaloosa, after a gunfight and they're both laying there bleeding.

(both mumbling)
Everett: "That was fast..."
Virgil: "Everybody could shoot"

This movie has too many great quotes to list them all!

In a film that is infinitely quotable this line tends to be overlooked, but it is just as hilarious as “This is bowling, not ‘Nam, there are rules.” and probably used a whole lot less. Also, I kind of feel like Walter sometimes, though I’d like to believe I’m possess more self awareness, despite probably being as abrasive.

"Aragorn: Sons of Gondor! Of Rohan! My brothers! I see in your eyes the same fear that would take the heart of me! A day may come when the courage of men fails, when we forsake our friends and break all bonds of fellowship. But it is not this day. An hour of wolves and shattered shields when the age of Men comes crashing down! But it is not this day! This day we fight! By all that you hold dear on this good Earth, I bid you stand! Men of the West!" -

My favorite quotes from the books wall exorcised from the movie "I am Aragorn son of Arathorn; and if by life or death I can save you, I will. ..." Btw the movie totally fucks up the whole Prancing Pony/Bree/Blackriders thing (crossing of the ford ffs) which is one of the reasons I don't especially like the movies....
... "She should not die, so fair, so desperate! At least she should not die alone, unaided". spoken by Merry during the defeat of the Ringwratih King.
....."Maybe we shall cleave a road, or make such an end as will be worth a song - if any be left to sing of us hereafter" Aragorn before riding forth from Helm's Deep
......'We may stand, if only on one leg, or at least be left still upon our knees." Pippin to Faramir .Of all the various atrocities done to the books the quote here from whole Minas Tirith section is clearly the worst one.:dabs:

From the movie "Fracture":

Prosecutor: "He just provoked my witness with an outrageous allegation!"

Defendant: "My 'Dick' has evidence."

Judge: "Excuse me?"

Defendant: "My 'Dick'; my private investigator. I call him 'Dick'."

Man on fire

Elderly Man (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1578833/): In the church, they say to forgive.
Creasy (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000243/): Forgiveness is between them and God. It's my job to arrange the meeting.

"I don't want to sell anything, buy anything, or process anything as a career. I don't want to sell anything bought or processed, or buy anything sold or processed, or process anything sold, bought, or processed, or repair anything sold, bought, or processed. You know, as a career, I don't want to do that."

V for Vendetta

Evey Hammond: Who are you?
V: Who? Who is but the form following the function of what and what I am is a man in a mask.
Evey Hammond: Well I can see that.
V: Of course you can. I'm not questioning your powers of observation I'm merely remarking upon the paradox of asking a masked man who he is.

That's what I do! :O

Edit- I'll add two from Once Upon a Time in the West:

Cheyenne: You know, Jill, you remind me of my mother. She was the biggest whore in Alameda and the finest woman that ever lived. Whoever my father was, for an hour or for a month - he must have been a happy man.

Cheyenne: Hey, Harmonica - when they do you in, pray it's somebody who knows *where* to shoot...

From the 1978 version if Halloween
I watched him for fifteen years, sitting in a room, staring at a wall, not seeing the wall, looking past the wall - looking at this night, inhumanly patient, waiting for some secret, silent alarm to trigger him off. Death has come to your little town, Sheriff. Now you can either ignore it, or you can help me to stop it.

Clint Eastwood is the man. I watched Heartbreak Ridge a while ago and while the movie was nothing special, Clint had a few great quotes. Here's a recurring one:

Highway: Just because we're holding hands doesn't mean we'll be taking warm showers together until the wee hours of the morning.

Two from Se7en...

David Mills: I've been trying to figure something in my head, and maybe you can help me out, yeah? When a person is insane, as you clearly are, do you know that you're insane? Maybe you're just sitting around, reading "Guns and Ammo", masturbating in your own feces, do you just stop and go, "Wow! It is amazing how fucking crazy I really am!"? Yeah. Do you guys do that?

John Doe: Wanting people to listen, you can't just tap them on the shoulder anymore. You have to hit them with a sledgehammer, and then you'll notice you've got their strict attention.
