What's happening with BCG signup page?

It rare, but there is a signup link in BCG login page..
but when I click on that a message comes up:

NO, the link is NOT broken, we are closed to new signups. The page is missing intentionally!

What is the meaning of that??

we were open for 8 minutes, it was just a test, and just as well as it didnt work 100% we will open again soon once all the bugs have been ironed out.

And thank god, I checked in the signup page in those 8 minutes & got in there....
